- If screen stays black after logging in please click "ON" under digital output.
- When the camera is inactive for 15 minutes it turns off until someone logs back in. Therefore, when you log in the camera will most likely have been idle for some time. In this case when you log in the camera will turn to various positions while it calibrates, once it is finished (30 seconds) the camera will come to rest on the feeder. It is then ready for use.

- You can navigate the camera by using the up/down, left/right buttons in the menu.
- You will also notice it has a zoom feature.
- You can also navigate by clicking in the image and moving the cursor to your desired location.
- The "Go To" menu on the bottom right is a list of preset camera angles.

- You can save a picture by clicking on the "Snapshot" button at the bottom left of viewer.
- A new window will open. Right click on the image and select "Save picture as."
- Give the picture a name and save to desired folder on you computer.
